At Wax Melt Boutique, every product is handcrafted and made to order. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive the correct items in good condition.

All Sales Are Final

Because our wax melts and other fragrance products are handmade and made to order, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal scent preferences

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer

  • Products that have been used or altered

  • Minor cosmetic variations resulting from the handmade process

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request assistance, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping packaging if damage occurred during transit

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

Heat-Related Shipping Issues

Wax melts may soften, deform, or partially melt during transit in warm weather.

These cosmetic changes generally do not affect product performance or fragrance quality and are not considered defects.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued solely for heat-related softening or melting caused by weather conditions during shipping.

Lost Packages

Wax Melt Boutique is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.

After 24 hours, orders may not be canceled because materials and production time may already have been committed to your order.
