Thank you for shopping with Wax Melt Boutique. All of our wax melts and flameless fragrance products are made to order to ensure the highest quality and freshest scent experience.

 

Processing Time

All orders are made to order and typically require up to 14 business days for processing before shipment or delivery.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, product launches, or seasonal demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

 

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email when available.

 

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers within our service area.

Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email notification when their order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you receive confirmation that your order is complete and ready.

 

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available in select areas. Delivery fees and availability will be displayed during checkout.

 

Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and order volume.

 

Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Wax melts and other wax-based products may soften, deform, or partially melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit, especially during spring and summer months.

While we take precautions in packaging your order, Wax Melt Boutique cannot guarantee that products will arrive completely unaffected by extreme heat.

If your wax melts soften during shipping:

  • Allow the product to cool and return to room temperature before opening.

  • Product performance and fragrance quality are typically not affected by temporary melting or softening.

  • Cosmetic imperfections caused by heat do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to locate the shipment.

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged items

  • Photos of the shipping package

 

We will review each claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of handmade fragrance products, all sales are generally final.
