Our products are handcrafted and made to order. Because each item is handmade:

  • Colors, appearance, and weight may vary slightly.

  • Product photos are for reference only.

  • Fragrance strength and scent perception may vary from person to person.

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to change pricing, product availability, promotions, and discounts at any time without notice.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Pricing errors

  • Product availability issues

  • Violations of these Terms & Conditions

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Processing Times

All products are made to order and may require up to 14 business days for processing before shipment, pickup, or delivery.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, carrier delays, or transit times.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Shipping, local delivery, and pickup are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Wax Melt Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of handcrafted fragrance products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges may be offered at our discretion in cases involving:

  • Incorrect items received

  • Products damaged during transit

  • Verified order fulfillment errors

 

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

8. Product Safety

Our wax melts are intended for use only in approved wax warmers.

 

Customers agree to follow all safety instructions, including:

  • Keep away from children and pets.

  • Do not consume.

  • Do not add water to melted wax.

  • Do not leave wax warmers unattended.

  • Use only as directed.

 

Wax Melt Boutique is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse of our products.

9. Allergies & Sensitivities

Our products contain fragrance oils and other ingredients that may cause sensitivities in some individuals.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wax Melt Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Inability to use our products

  • Website interruptions

  • Shipping delays

  • Product misuse

 

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
