Break off one or two cubes and place them into the dish of your wax warmer. Enjoy hours of continuous fragrance as the wax gently melts. Add additional cubes for larger rooms or a stronger scent experience.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our candles and wax melts are made from premium wax blends that may soften or melt during periods of extreme heat. During the warmer months, your package may be exposed to high temperatures while in delivery trucks, mailboxes, or on your porch.

If your wax melts or candles arrive soft, do not open the packaging immediately. Simply bring the products indoors and allow them to cool and fully harden at room temperature for several hours before use. This will not affect the fragrance, performance, or quality of the product.

To help protect your order:

• Track your package and retrieve it as soon as possible after delivery.

• Avoid leaving packages outdoors or in direct sunlight for extended periods.

• Consider shipping to a location where someone can receive the package if temperatures are expected to be high.

Because melted products are the result of weather conditions beyond our control, we cannot guarantee against heat-related softening during transit. However, we carefully package every order to minimize the risk and ensure your products arrive in the best condition possible.

At Wax Melt Boutique, we want you to love every fragrance you receive. Because our candles and wax melts are handcrafted and are considered personal-use products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.

Returns

We accept returns only if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once your request is reviewed, we'll gladly provide a replacement, store credit, or refund if your claim is approved.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer fragrance exchanges simply because you did not enjoy the scent. Fragrance preference is personal, and we encourage customers to carefully review each fragrance description before purchasing.

Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Please note that during warmer months, candles and wax melts may soften during transit. Softening or melting caused by high temperatures does not affect the quality or performance of the product and is not considered damage. Simply allow the product to cool and harden completely before use.
